We combine the resources of an entire classroom with the laser focus of a certified, experienced teacher. Then we dedicate them entirely to just your child. Classes follow an adaptive growth plan that is initially designed with input from parents and the student. As learning gaps reveal themselves, the teacher fills them in on the spot. As strengths emerge, the teacher advances the challenge level in real time. Our program constantly adapts to take the exact shape of your student's ability. Your child will learn something new and meaningful in every single class. After each class, the teacher will send a debrief email to you, the administrators, and the student detailing what happened in class, what the teacher is seeing in the student's performance, and what they plan to do in the next class. It also outlines any homework that has been assigned. You never need to wonder what's going on in class, and you have frequent chances to get more involved. Our support extends beyond the classroom, where most tutors quit. We teach the whole child, not just the student. Factors like disorganization, poor time management, and unhandled stress and anxiety can be the source of a student's learning gaps. Until we address those soft parts of the child's development, any lesson will only ever be partially successful.
